Create a team workspace

Creating a team workspace allows you to share a common place with your colleagues, collaborators,
or stakeholders to visualize the networks, run simulations, and share strategies.
You can easily create one by following these steps:
- Go to the workspace name to display the dropdown menu 
 - Select Create workspace
 - Enter a name for your workspace
 - Select the organization you want to create the workspace in
 - Confirm the action by clicking on Create workspace
 

And voilà! Your workspace will be created and ready to go.
At that moment, you’ll have an Owner role, and you’ll be able to:
- Rename the workspace
 - Remove it
 - Add or remove members
 - Change users’ roles
 - Share the networks within your workspace with other colleagues
 
If you want to rename the workspace you’ve created, you just have to:
- Go to Manage workspace
 - Enter the new name in the text bar
 - Press enter or click on the check mark 
 

Heads up:
You can rename all workspaces except the personal one “My networks”.
When having multiple workspaces, each time you sign into Qatium, you’ll land on the last one you accessed. To access another workspace or organization, you simply need to:
- Go to the workspace name
 - Select the workspace you wish to access
 
Heads up: 
Owners are defined by the creator of the workspace and can be changed anytime using the Manage Workspace button.
