To downgrade your plan:

• Go to https://qatium.com/pricing/
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page
• Click on Manage my subscription and fill the form

Remember that, if you decide to change your plan, you may lose access to some of its features.

Downgrading from a paid plan (Pro, Business, 
Enterprise) to Free 

• We’ll move the data in shared workspaces to the owner’s personal workspace.
• All shared workspaces within the organization will be deleted. 
• All users will only have access to their own personal workspace, My networks. 
• Any previously shared network will be unshared.

Downgrading from a paid plan to another

• All users within the organization will lose the functionalities from the previous paid plan.
